Chocolate Caramel Coconut Doughnut from Cashew Plant Based Vegan Cafe in Chattanooga TN

Here's another excellent treat from Cashew Plant Based Vegan Cafe. This was very sweet with a cake-like texture. I prefer a firm doughnut with a tough exterior, but that's difficult to do with vegan doughnuts. That's a minor issue with a treat that tastes this good.
