Red Beans and Rice with Sriracha Mac & Cheese at End of the Line Cafe in Pensacola FL
The special of the day was Red Beans and Rice. It looked more like bean stew, but that's okay. This was great! This was a huge bowl of tasty beans with tomatoes, onions, celery and other goodies. I'm not sure what the chunks of vegan meat were, but those were really good and went well with the beans.

The Sriracha Mac & Cheese was thick and creamy with a traditional vegan cheese flavor, but this had a little boost with the sriracha sauce mixed in. Very good!

A Vegan BBQ Sandwich at Sunflower Cafe in Nashville TN
This is a BBQ Sandwich with a side of Caramelized Apples at Sunflower Cafe in Nashville TN. The BBQ Sandwich includes a scoop of vegan barbecue with sauce, Asian slaw, garlic aioli, spring mix, tomato, and red onion. This is 100% vegan. Sunflower is currently my favorite place for vegan food. I've had only positive experiences at Sunflower. The food is excellent, and the service is usually fast and friendly.

Red Moon Plant Based Kung Pao Chick'n
Red Moon Plant Based Kung Pao Chick'n is awesome! I found this at Costco. The chick'n feels a bit chewy at first. Once the mouth gets familiar with this vegan food it will soon become a happy mouth. The flavor was rich and slightly sweet. The peppers were flavorful and earthy. The slightly firm peanuts added even more flavor and texture. I poured my Kung Poa Chick'n over plain white rice. I enjoyed every bite. I will surely buy this again!

Late Night Arugula Salad
This raw vegan salad was made with arugula, spinach, Roma tomato, green bell pepper, avocado. and Newman's Own Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing.
Surfer Burrito at End of the Line Cafe in Pensacola FL
Anytime I pass through Pensacola FL, I must visit End of the Line Cafe. Everything is vegan! This time I ordered the Surfer Burrito. This is made with coconut black beans, cheddar cheese, chimichurri, sour cream, and pico de gallo, with a side of mixed greens.

Everything was great, as usual. The beans had a mystery spice peeking through, maybe nutmeg. The burrito fillings were nice and thick to hold everything in place. The slice of orange was a pleasant surprise.
Sliced Mango with Tajin
This mango is sprinkled with Tajin, which is a salty seasoning with a peppery lime flavor. This makes a good beach snack.
