Woodstock Brunch Plate at Green Sage Cafe in Asheville NC

This is the Woodstock brunch plate at Green Sage Cafe in downtown Asheville NC. This is root hash and a biscuit with strawberry jam and Earth Balance on the side. It also comes with tofu herb scramble (not pictured here).  It's all vegan, but please note that this is not a vegetarian restaurant. Cross-contamination with meat and cheese may be an issue.
