Dr. Praeger's Buffalo Chick'n Sliders

This is documentation of my first experience with Dr. Praeger's Buffalo Chick'n Sliders. This was very easy to prepare. I added mixed greens and Follow Your Heart Vegenaise.

Dr. Praeger's Buffalo Chick'n Sliders

These sliders were very soft and moist. The flavors were mild but satisfying. There was a gentle lingering heat after eating, but just enough to notice. This seems to be mild enough for kids, and the size is perfect for small hands. The serving size was perfect for a light lunch. Overall, this is a good vegan, soy-free product. I do prefer more variety of texture, but this was microwaved. The uniformly soft texture was no surprise. Next time I may use the oven instructions for something slightly different.

This is another winner from Dr. Praeger's. Very good! I will buy this again!

Hilary's Organic World's Best Veggie Burger

I heated a Hilary's veggie burger in my skillet, put it on skillet-toasted Dave's Killer Bread Burger Buns Done Right, and I added spicy brown mustard and Follow Your Heart Vegenaise. I like my veggie burgers slightly crunchy on the outside, so I cooked this patty a bit longer than the recommended time. It was perfect!

Hilary's labels this product as "world's best". I will not argue that claim. This was a really good burger. Good job, Hilary's!

The first time I cooked one of these patties in my skillet I had some trouble with it. The instructions say to heat it with oil on medium heat. My heat must have been too high. That first patty stuck to the skillet and fell into pieces. It tasted great, but it was an ugly mess. I lowered the heat for this second patty and the results were perfect. Next time I'll try to have some hydroponic lettuce and sliced tomato to make it even better.

Gardein Chick'n Sliders With Vegenaise And Lettuce

I've posted about these wonderful little sandwiches before. This time I went with a traditional style and added Follow Your Heart Vegenaise and lettuce. These are so good I could eat the entire box!

Home-made Vegan Fish And Chips

I used firm tofu and seaweed along with lemon juice, soy sauce, and light seasoning to create these vegan fish-like fillets. I lightly dusted them with flour and fried them in the skillet with avocado oil.

I cut up 2 small potatoes and seasoned them before baking them on high heat.

The vegan tartar sauce is made with Follow Your Heart Vegenaise, dill weed, lemon juice, and a tiny bit of hotdog relish.

This is really fun to make, and it tastes great. It's inexpensive to make too. It takes about an hour from start to finish to get this meal, but it is worth the effort.

A Home-made Vegan Sandwich

This sandwich was made with Lightlife Plant-based Turkey Slices and Follow Your Heart American Style Slices. Both products are good choices for vegans, vegetarians, herbivores, carnivores, and anyone else with a mouth.

Upton's Naturals Bar-B-Que Jackfruit

Here's another Upton's plant-based product that all vegans should try. This stuff is like pulled pork but without the death and disease.

Checkout the texture. It's not as heavy, dirty, and offensive as I remember pork to be. This is a lighter, good karma version of pork. I ate mine on French bread with spicy mustard and Follow Your Heart Vegenaise.

Follow Your Heart Cheddar Shreds

I finally got around to trying Follow Your Heart cheddar shreds. This tastes and feels like real cheese, almost.

This product seems to melt a higher temperature than real cheese. I microwaved this and watched for it to start melting. This will start bubbling up quickly once it melts, so it's best to keep a close eye on it. As you can see here, it really needed a few more seconds to get it all to melt completely.

I added sriracha sauce to make it spicy.
