The Chili Garlic Green Beans at P.F. Chang's is an excellent side item, and it's enough food for a whole meal. This has red peppers, ginger, onion, and garlic mixed in a light sauce. It's vegan!
The Stir-fried Eggplant is another great herbivore option. It comes with rice, and it's really good with a touch of hot mustard! This is too much food for one person. It makes a good breakfast though.
