These home-made vegan tacos were made with crumbled Upton's Chorizo Seitan and Miyoko's Farmhouse Cheddar on white corn tortillas.
This was very good. Like most vegan cheeses, the Miyoko's cheddar did not want to melt. That's why my tortilla got a bit dark on top. The Upton's Chorizo Seitan was just a bit dry. but taco sauce fixed that. I was baking this, so that could be the reason this was not as moist and melted as desired. No big deal. Both products are good.
