Vegans have a bunch of options at Chipotle! This is a veggie bowl. It's HUGE! This easily makes 2 or even 3 meals, and it costs just over $10 with chips and a regular drink. They ask you what you want in it, and you can watch them make it. I got brown rice, black beans, grilled fajita veggies (they always grill them in a separate area from the meat), hot sauce, guacamole, chips, and sweet tea. This is one of my favorite meals.
