This is the Lentil Bowl. There's an upgrade option to add garlicky kale, tempeh, or tofu. This one has all of those! The bowl itself is organic brown rice, lentil stew, cauliflower, onions, and carrots topped with garlic aioli. This is a heavenly blend of textures and flavors. Adding tempeh and tofu was a great choice. Both were excellent, especially with the garlic aioli.
