Here's another one of my home-made vegan experiments. What I did for this meal is use my cornbread ingredients to wrap LightLife vegan hot dogs, but I had to use less corn meal, more water, and more sugar. I baked them in the oven after coating them with oil. This was a nasty mess to make but it came out better than expected.
