Home-made Vegan Chili With Rice

I enjoyed my Christmas Eve with a warm bowl of chili and rice. 

My pot of chili was made with two cans of pinto beans, a can of Rotel, about a quarter of a bell pepper, Adobo paste, a tiny bit of Marmite, chili powder, plenty of cumin, and salt.
